Floor in rooms of our building was covered with decent layer of debris after removing old plaster from walls and ceilings. At first glance, it was clear to us that one could just hardly arrange for better scenery for World War II film making. We therefore approached several US film studios with mutually beneficial cooperation offer. For better imagination we even filmed a short battle scene in the premises and we attached it to our presentation. The answer however was not coming. Then finally one day, when we were almost losing hope, a response from Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer landed in our inbox. We eagerly opened the e-mail but draft of contract was nowhere to be found. Just a link to certain Mental Health Center located in Beverly Hills offering free of charge first session. After this unfortunate experience we decided to clear away debris. So far we have done so in three of the five rooms. The municipality rented us their tractor with trailer so we could easily move the debris to dump. This helped us a bit to overcome our disappointment over negotiations with the Americans.
